CETL offers workshops about teaching, academic communication skills, as well as the academic job search.

These workshops are intended for current and future TAs, Graduate Student Instructors,and graduate students who are "future" faculty.

As more institutions are including phone interviews as part of the recruitment process, you need to be prepared to represent yourself & your qualifications in this special communication scenario. We will practice phone interview techniques, & offer suggestions for developing strategies to help you set yourself apart in the recruitment process.
