Customer Service Excellence

Loren S. Sumerlin received the SILVER award for Customer Service Excellence from Chancellor Errol B. Davis.

This award was created to recognize and honor employees in the University system that go above and beyond the call of duty. As you know, Loren sets the standard of excellence for customer service delivery and guest satisfaction in every interaction. He is a very hard worker, a phenomenal team player, a great supervisor and a tremendous asset to the Student Center and the Georgia Tech Community. This honor is well deserved.
