We're in a pandemic of stress. Most people know they are stressed. Even the CDC says that 75-90% of doctor visits are due to stress. Common (and good) stress reduction techniques, such as exercise, have in some ways created their own opportunity for stress: we're stressed by failing to exercise or by over exercising.

This brown bag session provides leading edge information on understanding why you are uniquely stressed by some things when others are not, how to reduce and manage stressors in your life, and how to use stress-antidotes for instant relief. By learning how to drop stress, we give ourselves more resources to navigate the uncertainty of our times.
