Andy Fleming
Principal, Core Growth Partners

As founding principal of Core Growth Partners, Andy Fleming brings more than 20 years of corporate and consulting experience to leading companies.

Throughout his career, Fleming has coached hundreds of CEOs, senior executives, and "high potentials" to achieve significantly greater levels of performance while operating from a deeper sense of purpose and commitment.
He has played a central role in creating and implementing large scale leadership development institutes and initiatives for numerous organizations.
Fleming's background includes corporate and consulting roles with Procter & Gamble, Aetna, and The Hay Group. He also spent five years directing professional and undergraduate programming in Ethics and Servant Leadership at Emory University's Center for Ethics.
Fleming is the author of two books on life-work choices (Getting Ahead without Losing Heart and Backing down the Ladder).
He received his bachelor's degree in economics from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Nicole Piver, a management major, will introduce the speaker.
